Well... That Clearly Didn't Work

I changed my new patient policy two months ago and sent my final email to spread the word a month ago. And in the last month I have had the lowest number of new patients since I started my business! Oh dear! I have come to the conclusion that the new policy was just too hard to understand or explain.


I have a new plan!


How does this sound:

New Patients are welcome to have a free 30 minute session with me, and we are going to try to streamline this. I am going to send them the paperwork ahead of time. Come in with that paperwork done and we can get straight to work!

I will be using more of my new techniques to evaluate. I have been getting to the spot(s) of restriction much faster and sometimes before getting the full story from the patient.

Also, if the new patient you are referring in knows ahead of time that they are a complicated case and need more time, then they are welcome to book a consecutive time slot that will be charged the current rate.


Are we all on board with simplifying this??





If you haven't met the office mascot, this is Goateus Maximus. If you push on his back, he screams! He helps us let it out and let it go! I call for a great, big reset on this transition of my new patient offering. I hope you are all on board.
